Relief, Restore & Renew: Recovering from COVID-19
The Texas Center for Child and Family Studies (Center) announces the Relief, Restore and Renew: Recovering from COVID-19 project to provide an immediate response to the myriad of needs resulting from the COVID-19 crisis for community-based service providers serving children and families who have experienced trauma, abuse and/or neglect. In partnership with the Office of the Governor through a federal award sub-recipient from the Victim of Crime Act (VOCA), the Center will be distributing targeted items in Resource CARE KITS.
The Center invites nonprofit organizations working in the Texas child welfare system to provide direct child abuse and neglect prevention, early intervention, foster care, adoption, trafficking, and other direct services to apply for these Resource CARE KITS. Click here to access the RFA.
